Stray+puppy+I+encountered+wandering+around+a+botanical+garden+in+Costa+Rica.+He+was+the+most+affectionate+dog%2c+and+would+have+made+a+wonderful+family+pet.+Sadly%2c+the+average+lifespan+of+a+stray+dog+is+two+brutal+years.+He+was+just+a+growing+puppy....
